Provider

All sessions are provided by Splash & Boats Ltd, referred to hereafter as the "provider."

TICKETS AND PAYMENT

Splash Park

• Arrive to your session 15 min before the start time
• All children must be accompanied by an adult (18+ years)
• Babies under two years old are free
• Adult entry without a child is not permitted
• Maximum ratio allowed 5 children per 1 adult and 2 adults per 1 child
• Maximum 10 tickets per booking
• Online payments are accepted via credit/debit cards
• Cash and card payments are accepted on-site
• Have your email confirmation with the ticket code ready for scanning

The Magical Unicorn Lake

• Arrive 10 minutes before your session start time
• All children must be accompanied by an adult (18+ years)
• Babies under two years old are free
• Maximum 10 tickets per booking
• Online payments are accepted via credit/debit cards
• Cash and card payments are accepted on-site
• Have your email confirmation with the ticket code ready for scanning

Bounsea

• Arrive 10 minutes before your session start time
• All children under the age of 5 must be accompanied by an adult (18+ years)
• Babies under one are not permittedMaximum ratio allowed is 4 children per 1 adult
• Babies under two years old are free
• Maximum 10 tickets per booking
• Online payments are accepted via credit/debit cards
• Cash and card payments are accepted on-site
• Have your email confirmation with the ticket code ready for scanning

CANCELATIONS & REFUNDS

• All purchased tickets are non-refundable
• If a participant is unable to attend, tickets may be rescheduled at least 2 hours before the session start time
• Participants are responsible for checking weather conditions before booking and monitoring updates
• We remain open unless there is heavy rain
• If you fail to reschedule and do not attend, your tickets will be canceled without a refund
• The provider reserves the right to cancel events due to organisational reasons, weather conditions, or other unforeseeable events that make the session impossible
• If an event is canceled, participants will be notified and asked to reschedule for an alternative date

RULES

Splash Park Rules

• Follow staff requests and instructions
• Children must be supervised at all times
• No climbing or playing in stone fountains and on blue walls
• No running, bikes, scooters, or skateboards
• No inflatables, umbrellas, BBQs, pets, smoking, or alcohol
• No photography, except discreet pictures of your own child
• Protect yourself and children from the sun
• Be considerate of other users and have fun

Blue Zone Rules

• No running No toys, balls, inflatables, water guns, plastic bottles, or containers
• No food or drinks
• All users must wear swimwear Infants must wear swim nappies at all times
• No footwear, except for jelly shoes or protective water shoes
• Do not use the splash pad if you have recently had an upset stomach
• Report any First Aid incidents to staff immediately

The Magical Unicorn Lake

• All children must attend with an adult (18+)
• Dogs are not allowed
• Stay seated at all times
• No swimming or splashing
• No smoking or alcohol
• Be mindful of wildlife
• No picking up passengers
• Only exit your boat at the jetty
• Stay away from lake edges and do not cross floating lines
• Be considerate of other users
• Report any First Aid incidents to staff immediately

Bounsea

• Follow staff requests and instructions
• Children 5 and under must be accompanied and supervised by an adult
• Socks must be worn at all times
• To prevent friction burns, wear long trousers and cover elbows
• No jewelry or face paint
• No food or drinks
• No spectacles while bouncing
• No smoking, alcohol, or drugs (prescription or otherwise)
• No one with a history of back or neck pain/injury should participate
• No pets allowed

Inside Bounsea

• Follow staff instructions at all times
• No stunts or flips
• No sitting, climbing, or hanging on the walls
• Obstacle track, climbing tower, and slide have a height restriction of 1.2m

Slide

• Maximum 6 people on top of the slide
• Always slide feet first, arms crossed over your chest, and laying on your back
• Slide one at a time
• Ensure the landing area is clear before sliding

Climbing Tower

• One person per wall
• Do not stand under the wall when someone is climbing

Challenge Track

• Ensure you are physically fit
• Take your time on your first round
• Please report any First Aid incidents to staff immediately
• PLEASE NOTE THAT EVERYONE USING BOUNSEA DOES SO AT THEIR OWN RISK A waiver must be signed before entry

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your visit, we want to hear about it so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service or products, you can submit your complaint in the following ways:

In person – Speak to the manager on duty at the site

We aim to resolve complaints immediately whenever possible.

If further investigation is required, we will confirm within 3 business days how we plan to address your concern.
